Please read the information for your shipping zone for the most up-to-date information.

ALL ZONES - Wave 1 and Wave 2 are 99.9% complete. If you have not received tracking information, please contact [email protected] with your name and order number in the subject of the email. We are looking into each of these, and this process takes time so please allow 2d6 (2-12) days for a response.

ONGOING ORDERS - Orders are processed once a week and sent to the fulfillment centers. We are now sold out of several items in several parts of the world. We are working on manufacturing more product, and will likely send a newsletter once those products are back in stock. You can sign up to be included in the newsletter at www.dicethrone.com at the bottom of the page.

PARTS REPLACEMENT - We are submitting these to the fulfillment centers on a weekly basis. Parts replacement in most zones started about mid-February. The majority of requests placed up through the end of February have been sent, but not all. For all new requests, estimates are about 3-6 weeks.  We have sent some emails to contact people regarding their requests,  please keep an eye on your inbox(es) in case we need more information from you.

What to do if you have received incorrect items or missing/damaged pieces

Humans are involved in every step of the manufacturing and shipping process, and there are going to be some errors. While we try to minimize this as much as possible, it will happen. But we will make sure you get what you pledged for! To make this process as smooth as possible, here   is what we ask:
If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item -   Please send an email to [email protected] with "Dice Throne" in the subject, include the email address associated with your order, and what item is missing or incorrect. This should be used for full items only. For example, a missing promo pack or playmat.
If you have a component issue - Please fill out the form at parts.dicethrone.com. This is the easiest way for us to make sure the information gets to  the correct place. This would include any missing/damaged dice, cards, dials, etc. This form will generate an automated email response. This response will be your confirmation that it has been received. The form will require that you upload a picture of your request.
If your order is damaged during transit - Please use the form at parts.dicethrone.com, and send pictures of the damaged product and exterior packaging to [email protected].

It's time for another Tournament hosted by T.h.omas! Here are the deets if you want to participate:

  • 4 Qualifiers (3 in different Zones, 1 FFA after the first 3 qualifiers) and 1 Final Four tournament with all 4 winners 
  • 32 Participants in each Qualifier, the 4th FFA Qualifier is also available for participants from 1-3 except for the winners  
  • Group phases starting for the first 3 qualifiers with a delay of 3 weeks between each of the 3 group phases 
  • After Qualifier 3 the will be a small window to register on the 4th.  
  •  NEW: there will be a conquest mode, so almost the same as the standard constructed with the change, you have to win will both of your heroes to win the match (so no single pirates or shadow thief run through in a match).

Please read the information for your shipping zone for the most up-to-date information.

ALL ZONES - Wave 1 99.9% shipped(all orders placed through October 31)! We are still seeing shipping delays through some parts of the country due to weather and the backlog that has been created. If your tracking says delayed, please allow extra time for it to begin moving again. Wave 2 (November 1-present) is also mostly complete. There are some items that are creating delays in some zones for Wave 2. If you have not received tracking information, please contact [email protected] with your name and order number in the subject of the email. We are looking into each of these, and this process takes time so please allow 2d6(2-12) days for a  response.

WAVE 2(all orders placed from November 1-present) - Several zones have begun shipping these out, and people have started receiving these orders. We expect to have the majority of these orders shipped by the end of February, with the exception of orders being shipped by VFI Asia. They will begin sending these in March when they return from CNY holiday.

Fulfillment Nearing Completion + A Valentine's Caption Contest

SHIPPING UPDATE - tl;dr: Nearing the finish line! Parts replacement ongoing, Wave 2 preorders will begin shipping next week. If your zone has completed shipping, and you have not received your tracking information, please email [email protected].

US - As of Wednesday evening, Funagain had 468 orders left to pack and ship. We are nearing the finish line! We expect that all shipping from the US will be complete by next week. We are beginning to submit parts replacement requests now and will continue over the next few weeks.


CANADA - All packages in Canada have been dispatched. If your order contained miniatures, those are coming in a separate box and were the last item to be sent. If you have not received tracking information, please email [email protected] and copy [email protected]. We will be working on parts replacements over the next few weeks.


EUROPE - There are about 5 orders that have paperwork issues that need to be addressed, but everything else in this zone should be shipped! We will be working on parts replacements over the next couple of weeks.


Asia - We have been getting reports of games being received from many hubs! For those missing promo packs in the first wave, those should have been shipped to you now. Parts replacement will start after Chinese New Year.

Fulfillment moving along, New Art from Manny, Dice Throne in the Wild!

TL;DR: US is at 70% shipped, CA is at 33% shipped, EU parcels accepted some regions still waiting for acceptance. New art from Manny + a new Roxley game (Radlands) with his art! DT in the wild and adorable unboxing from the community.  


SHIPPING UPDATE - tl;dr: Fulfillment continues! EU on the move again, US nearing 70% shipped, Canada nearing 33% shipped, parts replacement starting in Australia and Asia. There is no need to panic if you have not received tracking information yet!


Human beings are involved in every step of the process, from manufacturing to packing to delivery. Dice Throne and Roxley are committed to making sure you get your games in good condition and will be working to get you the items you need to be replaced. Please see the instructions at the bottom of this section if you have any concerns you need to share with us.

US - Fulfillment continues! Funagain has shipped nearly 70% of the total as of this writing and continues to move as quickly as they can. There are 37 different items that are being shipped during this fulfillment, and in the US alone there are over 550 different combinations of items. They are shipping as many identical orders together as they can, so the unique combinations will be among the last sent out. Many of you have placed multiple preorders. Each preorder you placed created a new order in the system, so they will not necessarily ship at the same time, as they will be following the same guidelines for similar orders.


CANADA - Hubtrotter created shipping labels and tracking numbers for all parcels last week, and sent those out in a mass email so you would have the information. The majority of these parcels are being sent via UPS, and that is where the tracking number can be used. So far, UPS has picked up approximately 33% of the total orders. Hubtrotter expects UPS to pick up another large chunk of these orders on Monday, and all parcels are expected to be picked up by Friday, January 29th. If your tracking number has not shown movement yet, there is no need to panic! Hubtrotter will be sending another wave of emails in the next couple of days that has more specific information, please watch for that.


EUROPE - DPD accepted most of the remaining EU parcels today (January 21) so they are on the move! We are still waiting on acceptance of the parcels to Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland, as there were some changes on the carrier end. If you are in the EU and are waiting on a shipment of an item missing from your original order, those should start going out next week. Here are the numbers for parcels still at Spiral Galaxy waiting to be accepted by the carriers:

Asia - We have been getting reports of games being received from many hubs!
