Production Update, Minion Madness Winner!

TL;DR: Production continues on schedule. The winner of Minion Madness is the Shadow Sword!
Shadow Sword wins the Mad King's Tournament!
It was close. 50/50 on Instagram, and leader on both Twitter & Facebook!
No one predicted the entire bracket 100%, but we have two people who came very close. Congrats to the overall winner Shaun Carlson, and to very close runner up Vincent Turpin who got the last bracket and winner completely correct. Let's have a look at how they did!

Season One Rerolled: Battle Chest - The factory is currently manufacturing your copy right now! Because all final packing will be done at the same time, Season One Rerolled will be shipped at the same time as Dice Throne Adventures in October.
Miniatures - Manufacturing beginning soon.
Dice Throne Adventures - Full samples will be delivered to us at the start of July. Right now, there is a LOT of back and forth with the factory addressing questions, which is often resulting in our team making small tweaks. Once the samples arrive, we will be reviewing them and making final tweaks. Then on to manufacturing.
Vac Tray - The final candidates of the vac trays will arrive with the full samples at the start of July. Gabriel, who designed the vac trays for us, has provided us with a design below!
Dice Throne Adventures Rulebook - We still have editing and polishing to do. We plan on being ready for blind playtesting in the next week or so.

Miniatures Painting With Jaden! Minion Madness FINAL!

TL;DR: Production on track for Fall 2020. Minion Madness final round! Super sweet professionally painted minis, see them below!
Production is proceeding on track against our last update. In short, we are still on track to begin fulfillment in Oct 2020.
Season One Rerolled: Battle Chest - The factory is currently manufacturing your copy right now!
Miniatures - We received and approved the color adjustments on the minis via photo and are awaiting the samples to arrive for up-close inspection.
Dice Throne Adventures - Full samples have been ordered. As stated in our last update, DTA is the most complex production we've done to date. As such we need to review everything with a fine-toothed comb and ensure the usability of all components and the vac trays prior to production. After this review occurs, there will likely be some tweaks to components and balancing prior to production starting.
Vac Tray - We noted we completed the design of the vac trays. We are working with the factory on adjustments so that we can receive them with the Dice Throne Adventures sample. Once we receive the DTA samples, there may still be a few adjustments to be made. We are super excited to show you when the samples arrive.
Dice Throne Adventures Rulebook - Our first review of the completed rulebook has commenced. We still have a bit polishing to perform, but we plan on being ready for blind playtesting in the next week or so. This is the final piece of work to complete.
We want to introduce professional miniatures painter, Jaden Wind Iwaasa.
Over the coming weeks and months, Jaden will be sharing work on the "Official" set of DT minis. This set will travel with us to conventions (those still exist, right!?!?) where you wonderful people will be able to use them in demo versions of Dice Throne Adventures. We are over the moon excited that Jaden as agreed to paint this set for us. He's an accomplished painter. (This is a commission, he did not get his DTA set earlier than you all)
Some notes.
- These are not representative of what the pre-painted minis will look like coming out of the factory. So keep expectations in check. You will be disappointed if you think a factory in China can replicate what a pro-painter can do.
-Jaden was asked to stay true to actual colors for this set but I expect others will make these minis there own with their own color schemes in the future.
- DTA is not a miniature/hobby game and you do not NEED minis to play it. But it does help the immersive quality.
We hope this can be a point of inspiration for all of you who aspire to paint your own minis. But know that it takes countless hours to create display quality minis. I hope you enjoy this journey as we approach the Mad Kings throne.

Production Update! Minion Madness Round 3 Approaches!

TL;DR: Minion Madness Round 2 is wrapping up. Production update below! Fulfillment will begin in October. Roxley's Steampunk Rally Fusion campaign finishes today.
Season One Rerolled: Battle Chest - Season One Rerolled is now approved for production, and the factory is currently manufacturing your copy right now. Woohoo!
Miniatures - All mini designs have been approved and molds are now complete. We have made requested some color adjustments to a few of the miniatures. You can see Manny's miniature preview in the video below.
Dice Throne Adventures - We are currently in the process of ordering final Samples of Dice Throne Adventures from the factory. DTA is the most complex production we've ever done to date in terms of the amount of content in the game, so we need to order a final full sample to ensure that all components work well together, including the vac tray. There will likely be some changes made to the samples after we review them. There will also likely be some final balancing tweaks required.
Vac Tray - We have finally completed the design of the DTA vac trays. There are 4 vac trays included with the game that house various components. Two of these vac trays will sit on the table during play. One will house all the minions and loot cards, and environment tiles. The other will house all the status effects tokens used during the game. So far we have tested 3D prints of these trays, but we will soon be able to test them in a real life game as soon as we receive the DTA samples from the factory.
Dice Throne Adventures Rulebook - Our first graphical candidate rulebook is due to be finished by the end of this weekend. We will be putting the rulebook through the paces with blind playtesters to ensure it is concise and flows naturally.

TL;DR: Minion Madness is moving into round 2! Peeking in on T.H.Omas' Dice Throne tournament, Manny will be livestreaming tomorrow night at 7 PM CST. Roxley is Kickstarting Steampunk Rally Fusion--check it out!
Our final match of Round 1 is underway. There is still time to influence the votes, but currently, the Wither Elf has a significant lead.

2020.04.16 - Campaign Score Sheet & Difficulty Cards! Manny on Hardcore Mode! Minion Madness & Choose Your Own DTA!

Which of you will be the greatest challengers the Mad King has ever faced? Track your score throughout your campaign to find out! And for those that think they're among the best, you'll have options to increase your campaign score at the risk of losing it all. How confident do you feel?
For those that really want a bigger challenge, you'll be able to choose your difficulty! Normal & Veteran difficulties will be available from the start. After defeating the game once, two new difficulty modes will unlock (along with many other Legacy surprises). Losing a game on Normal, Veteran, or Insane difficulty modes, allows the players to gain some Salves & loot, and then try again (at the cost of a worse campaign score). However, if you lose a game on HARDCORE difficulty, your campaign is over! With such high stakes, the excitement and tension is increased with every decision and roll you make. But losing can be devastating. This game mode is definitely not for noobs or the feint of heart.
We're pleased to share that we have our first-ever champion to defeat the Mad King on Hardcore Difficulty in a solo-mode campaign: Manny Trembley! This is a massive accomplishment and we're excited for many of you to gain this prestigious honor down the road.
